At Epicod, we are committed to promoting accessibility and ensuring that people with disabilities and special needs can use and benefit from the full range of services we offer—across our service points, website, and customer support channels.
Approximately one-quarter of the population in Israel experiences challenges accessing the internet, including individuals with visual or hearing impairments, motor disabilities, senior citizens, and others.
To provide optimal, professional, and accessible service to all users, we have implemented the necessary accessibility adjustments on our website. These adjustments are made in accordance with the Israeli Accessibility Standard, the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013 (Section C: Internet Services), and follow the requirements of Standard 5568 at AA level, based on the WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
The website is designed to be compatible with leading browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer 9 and above.
We have invested significant resources to ensure that our website is easier to use and more accessible for people with disabilities, based on our strong belief that every individual has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort, and independence.
We provide an advanced accessibility interface by UserWay, powered by a dedicated accessibility server. This solution improves the website’s compliance with WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
The accessibility menu can be activated by clicking the accessibility icon displayed on the page. The menu and technology provide various features, including:
- Screen reader compatibility
- Keyboard navigation
- Font size adjustment
- Pause animations
- Color contrast settings
- Link highlighting
- Font changes
- And additional accessibility options
The system supports screen readers such as JAWS, NVDA, and others.
We continue to improve the accessibility of our website as part of our commitment to making it usable for all users, including individuals with disabilities and special needs. Despite our efforts, some parts of the website may not yet be fully accessible.
If you encounter any accessibility issues while browsing the site, or have suggestions for improvement, we encourage you to contact our Accessibility Coordinator:
